Robbie Anderson, CDT
Robbie is the owner of Creative Dental Solutions. Robbie began his career at the early age of 11 in his parents’ lab, learning everything he could as he went along, becoming a Certified Dental Technician in 2001. Having always enjoyed the challenges the dental industry presents, he founded his own fixed Crown and Bridge lab, Creative Dental Solutions, in the spring of 2009. Committed to excellence, Robbie has traveled extensively across the US and abroad to master the latest advancements in dental technology. He continues to bring a lifetime of knowledge to his employees while supporting their passion for advanced training, ensuring that every restoration leaving his lab is of the highest aesthetic and functioning quality.
Denise Hodge, CDT
Denise is a native of Louisville, KY, joining the Creative Dental Solutions team in January 2020. She began her career as a Dental Technician in early 1989 and enjoys the artistry of making restorations today. She became a Certified Dental Technician in 1994 and understands and can perform all lab tasks. Denise is our Ceramics manager and is dedicated to continuing education, having completed many hours of training, including PAC-Live, The Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, Lee Culp courses, PTC certification, and more. Her focus is on providing high-quality, lifelike restorations and on building a strong relationship with clear communication between the dentist and the lab.
Jason Trull, CDT
Jason is a native of Western North Carolina, where he began his career as a Dental Technician in 1995 and became a Certified Dental Technician in 2011. Jason now manages the CAD/CAM and implant department at Creative Dental Solutions.
Rosemary Clark
Rosemary was born and raised in Western North Carolina. She graduated from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College in 1989 with an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting and Finance. She began her career in public accounting, working for 4 years before transitioning into the dental laboratory industry. As a valued team member since 2009, Rosemary has been with Creative Dental Solutions from the very beginning! Whether she is handling financial operations, managing shipping, or providing exceptional customer service, she brings a wealth of experience and reliability to the lab.
Tammy Floyd, CDT
Tammy is a resident of Hendersonville, NC, where she worked at a small lab for 34 years and became a Certified Dental Technician in 2010. She then joined Creative Dental Solutions in 2023, where she works as a dental ceramist and enjoys the artistic aspect of restorative dental technology and the challenges it presents.
Chris Holden
Chris is a North Carolina native. He was trained on the job in model fabrication in 1998 and has been doing it ever since. He enjoys the challenge that comes with every case, ensuring your cases are right from the very start. Chris has been with Creative Dental Solutions since the doors opened in the spring of 2009.
Amy Hawkins
Amy is a lifelong resident of Asheville, NC. She received her associate's degree in Dental Lab Technology at ETSU and has worked as a Dental Technician for 29 years. Amy currently works in the model department where she helps with 3D printing and is a big help in the front office as well.
Aggie Maurer
Aggie, a native of Hungary, immigrating to the United States in 1985. She received her associate's degree in Dental Lab Technology in 1997 and became a Certified Dental Technician in 2007. Aggie has been with Creative Dental Solutions since the company's inception.
Atley Donahue
Atley is a native of Asheville, NC, where she graduated from high school in 2022. She started her career with Creative Dental Solutions in 2023, where she was trained on the job in office operations and CAD/CAM scanning. She supports our daily workflow with her organizational skills and her diligence in accuracy. She is always willing to learn as she continues to grow in her role.
Becky Jones
Becky is a native of Asheville, NC, and the surrounding areas. After raising her family, she started a career in the Dental Lab industry, where she has worked for 27 years as a courier and in the model and shipping departments. You all know Becky as the bright, smiling face in your offices in North and South Carolina, providing daily pickup and delivery service. Becky joined the Creative Dental Solutions team in early 2026.
Billy Sams
Billy is a native of Asheville, NC. He began his career in the field as a courier, working also in the model department and as a 3-D printer tech. He started his journey with Creative Dental Solutions as a courier in late 2025. Billy has a way with people and keeps our accounts in Tennessee and parts of North Carolina laughing and smiling each time he visits.
